Sky has an “old school” philosophy: He believes in hard work, integrity and dedication.   He is proud of his West Virginia heritage and proud of his family.  Since 1980, he has lived in Upshur Country with his wife and two children.   He is an avid outdoors man who enjoys fishing, hiking and hunting in one of the most beautiful places in the world; he is also an enthusiastic sports fan who enjoys football, baseball and hockey.
