Neva Moss is an agent for Old Oak Properties, in Buckhannon, WV. Born and raised in West Virginia, she has a wealth of experience in the Residential, Commercial and rental markets as well as hands on experience in property management.
As a member of the North Central West Virginia MLS she operates in a 6 county area and represents buyers and sellers from all over the country desiring to live or invest West Virginia.

Prior to Old Oak Properties, Moss was a speaker and trainer for RAM Partners, a subsidiary of POST Properties, Inc, a Fortune 500 Company based in Atlanta, Georgia. RAM Partners specialized in residential asset management, construction and acquisitions.
Neva is a strong believer in professional development and is active in the National Association of REALTORS®. She regularly attends Mid-Year and National Meetings and Serves as the Federal Political Coordinator for Senator John D. “Jay” Rockefeller IV, (D-WV).
She is a State Director on West Virginia Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors, representing the Weston Buckhannon Board and serves on the Membership and Board Policy and Professional Standards Committee as well as being a WVRPAC Trustee; she is also a member on the Strategic Planning Committee.
Moss commands the respect of her colleagues which is exemplified in the fact that she was recently elected president for her local board, for a term beginning in 2010, the highest elected office available at the local level. By electing her President, the members have recognized her commitment, not only to a higher ethical standard, but also recognized her leadership talent and ability. This is the highest honor one can be given at the local level.
Neva has completed her course work for the GREEN designation with the National Association of REALTORS® and will complete her GRI designation in July of 2009.
An active member of her community, she serves as a the Chairperson for the SALVATION ARMY- Buckhannon Service Center , and is a member of the James Curry Library Board, she has also helped the Buckhannon Convention of Visitors Bureau with local programming and Co-Chaired the Women’s Aide and Crisis Benefit Gala.
